Humro Hotels - Terms and Conditions

We strive to provide our guests with clean, safe, and friendly hotel experience. The following Hotel Policy / House Rules have been established based on industry standards, operational procedures, and our personal experience. These Hotel Policy/House Rules are considered a part of our reservation agreement with you. As our hotel guest, by reading and signing your hotel registration you are agreeing to abide by all of our Hotel Policy / House Rules, terms and conditions, and procedures. These Hotel Policy / House Rules are presented here to help promote our guests’ safety and enjoyment and to ensure that each guest is aware of the understandings between Humro Hotels and the guest. Our Hotel Policy / House Rules may change from time to time, so please check back often.

Check-In / Check-Out :

CHECK-IN TIME: 1:00 P.M
Check-Out Time: 11:00 A.M

EARLY CHECK-IN / PRE-REGISTRATION:
Early check-in is offered based on availability. If you require a guaranteed check-in for arrival prior to 1:00 P.M then Pre-Registration and payment may be required. Please contact Front Desk staff directly to know about charges.
Additional day charge, plus tax may apply for late checkout.

CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS:
Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check-in at Humro Hotel. As per legal requirement, guests are required to confirm their identity by providing valid government-issued photo identification. Such documents can be either an Indian Aadhaar Card, Indian Driver’s License, Indian Voter ID card or Indian or International passport. PAN cards are not accepted.

QUIET HOURS:
10:00 p.m. to 9 a.m. If you become aware of a disruptive guest, please contact Front Desk staff immediately by room phone or in person. Televisions, voices, or other devices must be kept at a respectful low level at all times. Doors should be opened and closed quietly. No congregating or running in halls.

VISITORS:
No visitors allowed after 10:00 p.m. Visitors must notify Front Desk upon their arrival.  Visitors must be accompanied by the registered guest at all times. As a registered guest, you are responsible for your visitor at all times. Female visitors are not allowed into the hotel rooms.

Cancellation Charge:

* Before 30 days – 10% of the booking amount.
* 15 to 30 days – 25% of the booking amount.
* 7 to 15 days – 50% of the booking amount.
* 2 to 7 days – 75% of the booking amount.
* Cancellation on the day of arrival or one day prior to check-in – No refund
The Cancellation policy will not be applicable during very high season dates. On these dates, special cancellation policy is applied which will be communicated to guests directly at the time of booking. 

TARIFF
Guests should ascertain the tariff before or at the time of Check-In. The room tariff is not inclusive of any charges for food & beverages or any other services availed by guests and these will be payable as per consumption. Extra guest charges will be payable as per the prevailing tariff.

Settlement Of Bills:

All bills must be settled in cash, debit or credit card, bank transfer, payment gateway link before check out. Other modes of payment are not acceptable.

Guest's Belongings.

Though Humro Hotels are the most secured accommodation, you should take precaution so that none of your belongings are lost. Guests are requested to lock their room when going out or going to bed. Humro Hotels will not be responsible for the loss of your belonging or any other property not handed over to us or for damage thereof.

Guest Conduct :

As a guest, you agree that you will conduct yourself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the Hotel premises. Drunken behavior, usage of slang language, quarreling within or outside the group is strictly prohibited.
Humro Hotels has the right to request any guest to vacate his / her room or other areas of the lodge forthwith, without previous notice and without assigning any reason, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so.
Humro Hotels reserve the right to enter the room without agreement with the guest in case of smoke, fire, flooding, and also in case of violation of the Hotel Rules, public order, misuse of appliances, etc.

Guest Liability :

Guests are requested to check on entry, all Linen, bedding, furniture, and electric installations, and report immediately in case of any abnormalities. The guests are liable to pay any damages, accidental or intentional, committed by the guest, pertaining to the under-mentioned aspects: Stained / Torn Linen (Bedsheet  / Covers  / Towel), Electrical Installations,  Washroom Faucets, Furniture, etc.

Suspicious items such as firearms, knives, etc. are strictly prohibited from being kept by the guest.

Guests have no right to remove, alter any of the Hotel property.

The Hotel does not provide alcoholic drinks, guests bringing their own drinks must consume the same inside their room.
Smoking is allowed inside the rooms but not in common public areas such as Restaurant, Passages, Lobby, etc. Here smoking means smoking of tobacco, marijuana, illegal drugs, e-cigarettes, vape pens, vaping, cartridges containing liquid of nicotine, hookahs, incense, cooking, cigars, candle burning, the use or diffusing of patchouli oil or other strong-smelling plant-based essential oils or synthetic products in our facility. This policy is not intended to stop people from smoking, but to regulate where they smoke and how it affects others.

The safety of our guests, staff, and this facility is extremely important to us. Except for the electric cattle that the hotel provides, preparation of food in guest rooms by any type of cooking appliances is prohibited. A minimum charge of Rs. 2000 will be charged for cooking in a room, including, but not limited to hot plates, toaster ovens, water heaters, rice cookers, combustible, open flame, barbecue grill, burners, heating appliance, or any other item intended for cooking. Open fires, flames or cooking grills, either charcoal or gas, and fireworks are not allowed anywhere on hotel property.

No Drugs is allowed inside the resort. Any guest found in possession of any counter-band drugs will be immediately handed over to the authority. This is a no sex-trade zone.  Any issues related to the same may be dealt with the police department and the Hotel will not be responsible in any way.

LOST & FOUND POLICY:

Humro Hotels assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged valuables or belongings. If you discover that you have left behind something of value to you, please call us immediately and we will try to assist you in locating your lost item.
Humro Hotels is not responsible for any item left behind by a guest. However, any item, with the exception of perishable items, left behind by our guests and found after departure will be collected, logged in, and kept in a secure location for collection by the owner for up to fourteen (14) days. Records of Lost & Found items are retained for 6 months. Reasonable effort will be made to notify the guest that an item is found. Perishable items and miscellaneous toiletries are discarded.
If we are unable to return the guest item during the fourteen (14) day holding period, the unclaimed item(s) will be disposed of.

FREE WiFi ACCESS:

Access to our WiFi is free for our registered guests. The hotel WiFi access code is subject to change without notice. WiFi signals are subject to change without notice depending on the room’s location, the status of our WiFi-equipment, and interference from other local wireless signals.  Humro Hotels assumes no liability for guest use. 
 

CHANGES OR MODIFICATION TO THE HOTEL POLICY/HOUSE RULES:

Humro Hotels reserves the right to amend, modify, change, cancel, vary or add to these Hotel Policies / House Rules or the arrangements and content featured on our Hotel website at any time without prior notice. Please check our website regularly for updates to Hotel Policy / House Rules. Any modification to these Hotel Policy / House Rules that occurs before your departure is considered a part of your reservations agreement with us. A copy of these Hotel Policy / House Rules is located on our website, in the Guest Room Notebook, and available from Front Desk staff upon request.
